Your name, your job title(only if necessary for managing the property), your address, email address, phone number. If you believe we hold incorrect information or wish us to update the information we hold then please contact us.

We may collect the information from you, from solicitors, from a previous management company, from the directors of an RTM company.

So we can better manage your property and for internal record keeping

Who we may share the information with:

Organisations related to the management of your property, namely solicitors, accountants, contractors, utility companies, building surveyors, insurance personnel (loss adjusters, assessors), emergency services, landlords (references), debt collection agencies and the local authority This data sharing enables us to perform our contract as managing agent. We will share personal information with law enforcement or other authorities if required by applicable law. We will not share your personal information with any other third party.

Security:

We are committed to keep your data secure and ensure that there is appropriate security for information we hold. We will hold personal data for the period of time that we manage the property and an additional twelve years following this period to ensure that we comply with all UK property, insurance and tax law.
