Meet the Team

Rob has nearly 30 years experience in asset management in large multi-national corporations and over 5 years experience in property management. He has 15 years of experience investing in property and managing maintenance and improvements. Rob also has qualifications in Health & Safety and carries out Risk Assessments and PAT testing for a number of clients. Rob is a Technical member of IOSH and a Member of The Property Institute. Much of Rob's role is organising maintenance work and managing the finances of our sites. 

Lisa has spent most of her career in finance, working in big corporations, charities as well as legal and property firms. She is a highly experienced landlord and a very able administrator and carries out company secretary duties for our clients. Lisa has 4 years experience in property management and is working on her qualifications at present, having recently passed the foundation level of The Property Institute. Much of Lisa's role is negotiating with suppliers and contractors to find the best deal for our clients.

We have a team who regularly visit all our sites, organise any work found as a result of site visits and keep our sites neat.
